What to check on the product page

Dates, times, and time zones
Product pages, vouchers, and booking emails use the local time where the activity takes place (IST in India, ICT in Thailand). Cancellation deadlines and free-change cutoffs use that same local activity clock — not your home time zone.
Before you pay
- Enter traveler names exactly as they should appear on vouchers
- Add a reachable mobile number for WhatsApp confirmations and driver contact
- For airport transfers, include your flight number so drivers can track delays
