Airport pickup
- Add your flight number at booking so drivers can track delays
- After landing, proceed to the meeting point shown on the voucher (arrivals hall, desk, or curb)
- Look for a name sign; free waiting time often applies for delayed flights when a flight number was provided
- Keep your phone on roaming or WhatsApp reachable
Hotel or city pickup
- Drivers typically meet in the hotel main lobby
- Be ready a few minutes early with luggage counted
- Share the lobby name or side entrance in Support chat if your hotel is large
On the day
Show your mobile voucher if asked. If the driver is late, use the contact number on the booking page or WhatsApp Support immediately — do not arrange a separate taxi without telling us if you want the ride guarantee to apply.
