Bring with you
- Mobile voucher or QR (printing is rarely required)
- Photo ID when the operator lists it
- Any listed gear: swimwear, towel, sunscreen, walking shoes, rain jacket
- Cash for optional tips or personal expenses if you want them
Timing
Arrive at the meeting time in local activity time (product pages, vouchers, and booking emails use the local time where the activity takes place (ist in india, ict in thailand).). Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows under partner rules.
If you are delayed
Message Support or the number on your voucher as soon as you know you will be late. Partners sometimes wait a short grace period; they cannot always hold a group departure.
