Your Skiffr account stores profile details used for confirmations, WhatsApp updates, Rewards, and booking history across devices.
Update personal info
- Sign in and open Dashboard
- Choose Update Personal Info under your profile name
- Edit name, email, and phone number used for booking messages
- Save changes — future vouchers use the updated contact details
Best practices
- Keep one primary email so vouchers never land in an unused inbox
- Use the same account on phone and desktop to see every booking
- Add a WhatsApp-capable number for faster driver and support contact
Access problems
If you cannot sign in, try password reset or OTP login with the email/phone on the booking. Contact Support if you need to merge duplicate accounts or move a booking to another profile — include Booking IDs for each reservation.
